IGNITE - Why National Board Certification

Learn the benefits of becoming a National Board Certified Teacher (NBCT), how to get started, and what to expect along the way. After completing the certification process, candidates find they more readily view every lesson as a chance to improve and are more reflective regarding their craft.

Kansas pays an annual state bonus for those who are National Board Certified. Some Kansas districts offer financial incentives as well. Join us to learn more.
