Here you can find information on how to register to be at the Educators Rising Conference as a vendor or a partner.

Exhibit Information

Register here to reserve exhibit space and share information about your school/organization with students who will be attending the Educators Rising State Conference Wednesday, February 24, 2027, at Kansas State University.


Cost:  $250 per table includes lunch meal for ONE exhibit attendant. Exhibit Registration includes ONE lunch meal. Parking available for one personal-size vehicle.

Exhibit space includes one 8-foot table and two chairs, selected on-site, first come first served. Setup available after 8:00 AM in the Welcome Center.

NOT INCLUDED: tablecloths, electrical and internet connection, back & side drapes/dividers, carpeting, shipping & drayage.

Please do not include latex in your display, whether balloons or otherwise.

Meal may be purchased for $10 for one additional attendant at your exhibit table.

Regretfully we are unable to accommodate dietary restrictions. Attendees with such limits should bring their own lunch and snacks.

Invoice will be sent via email to the primary contact. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice, payable via check postal-mailed to:
