Review: Sixteen-year-old Jasmine has always wanted to be a police detective, but her father has worried about this career choice. So she gave up a police department internship to come on the family vacation at a posh Las Vegas hotel resort. Jasmine wants nothing more than to be the perfect Hallmark card daughter and has promised to do no detective work. However, when a young boy and his cat are almost murdered in her presence at the pool, Jasmine can't resist from helping with the investigation. This is a humorous and exciting book-nothing heavy, but lots of excitement.
